Our heroine, Iryna Bogoslovska, decided\u2014despite the war\u2014not to give up and to start making her dreams come true, dreams she had previously put off for the future. She worked as a dentist for 19 years, and in 2023 she opened the OTEIRE beauty center in Mykolaiv. <\/p>\n\n

\u201cThe name of my center translates from Japanese as \u2018a place that cares for you.\u2019 Our mission is to provide that care to Ukrainians living in extraordinary circumstances,\u201d<\/em> the entrepreneur notes.<\/p>\n\n

To rejuvenate her skin and treat various types of scars, she decided this year to purchase the Italian Bi One device, which costs about 43 thousand dollars.<\/p>\n\n

\u201cI\u2019ve always relied on my own resources, but this year, as I expanded my business, I needed to find working capital for equipment. Through my partner, the Academy of Aesthetic Medicine and Cosmetology, I learned about eDilo, an online service for businesses.\u201d <\/em>. He <\/em>“It allowed me to pay for the device not all at once, but in installments over the course of a year. This is very important for small businesses, especially if you\u2019re scaling up and need funding. I was able to reach an agreement with the device supplier very quickly and am already using it to treat scars in people who have been affected by the war,” <\/em> \u2013 commented Iryna Bohoslovska.<\/p>\n\n

She is now planning to combine her dental and cosmetic clinics into a single, larger space where she can install a powerful generator. Renovations there will be completed in a few months. Due to power outages, the profitability of Iryna\u2019s business has declined, and she has had to adjust her clients\u2019 appointments to accommodate the outage schedules, which were often unpredictable. <\/p>\n\n

However, her team helps her keep going by supporting her and pushing her forward. The entrepreneur encourages her dental assistants to study cosmetology, and she herself plans to pursue additional training in psychology. According to her, living under chronic stress requires extra attention to her own mental health and that of her clients. <\/p>\n\n
