CEO of the fintech company Activitis, a financial company specializing in financing small and medium-sized businesses in Ukraine. Has more than 16 years of experience in management positions in both large and medium-sized corporate businesses.

Joined the Activitis team in 2019 as Deputy Director for Business Development and later became CEO in 2020.

Biography

Worked at banks with foreign capital (OTP Bank, Raiffeisen Bank) in the structuring and project finance departments, where he later headed these units. Was an executive director of a banking association in Ukraine. From 2012 to 2019, managed and developed medium-sized businesses in the field of trade in household goods, and was a partner in a boutique investment company that was engaged in M&A transactions and raising funds for Ukrainian businesses. Has experience as a financial analyst and local consultant at the Ministry of Finance, WNISEF, IBRD.

Holds a degree in economics from the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy and the National Institute for Strategic Studies.
