eDilo and WOG Have Launched a Deferred Payment Option for Businesses
WOG’s business customers can now purchase high-quality fuel with payment deferred for up to 90 days. This new option is available on online.wog.ua —in the personal account where companies manage their fuel cards and balances.
The deferred payment feature is powered by the eDilo online service, built on the Activitis fintech infrastructure.
How it works: When creating an invoice to replenish a fuel balance, a company selects the deferred payment option from eDilo and pays at any convenient time within 90 days.
For businesses, this is an opportunity to purchase fuel when it’s needed for operations, without being tied to their own cash flow.
A solution for daily business needs
High-quality fuel is one of the basic operating expenses for carriers, logistics companies, farmers, distributors, service crews, sales teams, and businesses with their own vehicle fleets.
If a cash flow gap occurs—meaning payment from a counterparty hasn’t arrived yet, but the vehicles need to operate immediately—deferring payment allows businesses to keep trips, departures, or deliveries running without interruption due to a temporary shortage of funds.
In fact, eDilo adds financial flexibility to the process of topping off the WOG fuel balance.
How It Works
The customer creates an invoice for a balance top-up at online.wog.ua, specifies the amount, and chooses to defer payment. After the customer confirms, eDilo pays the invoice; the funds are credited to WOG and become available for refueling.
Customers can pay for a balance top-up at any convenient time within 90 days.
The deferral limit is calculated for the customer immediately after registration on the WOG platform. Existing WOG customers have already received their initial preliminary limits—up to 500,000 UAH—which can be used after a one-time online verification.
What does this mean for the market?
“Integrated financing is becoming an integral part of business life. Access to funds should be available right where the company operates on a daily basis—in the supplier’s dashboard, at the time of ordering, and within the familiar work environment. The integration with WOG demonstrates how this works in practice: a business owner refuels when their work requires it and pays when it fits their cash flow. “This way, financing ceases to be a separate service and becomes part of daily business processes,” comments Pavlo Matiash, CEO of Activitis.
“It’s important to us that WOG’s business customers can quickly and conveniently handle their daily operational tasks within a single digital environment. Fuel is a resource without which many companies cannot operate, so the ability to top up their balance with deferred payment makes online.wog.ua even more convenient for businesses. Together with eDilo, we give clients more flexibility in planning their expenses and help ensure that work processes aren’t interrupted due to temporary cash flow gaps,” says Mykhailo Romaniv, CEO of WOG.
