Activitis' fintech infrastructure integrates eDilo's installment payment service for Glovo's business partners in Ukraine
Activitis, a fintech infrastructure provider, is integrating the eDilo service for Glovo’s business partners in Ukraine. As part of this collaboration, partners will gain access to a digital tool that allows them to pay supplier invoices in installments.

For small businesses, this solution comes at a time when operational stability is particularly important. Ukrainian HoReCa establishments and small retailers are operating amid war, inflation, unstable demand, and rising costs. According to estimates by the analytical center, approximately 400 food service establishments have closed in Kyiv in recent months, of which about 300 were small businesses. At the same time, revenue for these establishments rose by 6% in 2025 despite a 9% drop in foot traffic, reflecting cost pressures and changes in consumer behavior.
One of the key challenges in such circumstances is a cash flow gap. A business may have customers, orders, and demand, but may lack sufficient funds precisely when it needs to restock goods and products, upgrade equipment, and repair facilities, as well as cover any other seasonal and operating expenses.

The eDilo service addresses a specific operational need: a business uploads a supplier’s invoice, the service pays it directly, and the company repays the amount in installments according to a convenient schedule. Business owners do not need to change banks, suppliers, or existing contracts. A decision can be made in 30 minutes, the available credit limit can be up to 5 million UAH, and the model operates without collateral or guarantors.
“Small businesses in Ukraine today operate in an environment where the speed of financial decisions often determines whether a company can continue operating without interruption. Our partnership with Glovo makes this tool more accessible to restaurants, cafes, and stores,” says Pavlo Matiyash, CEO of Activitis.
Glovo emphasizes that small and medium-sized businesses are an important part of the company’s partner ecosystem.
“We see the challenges our partners face every day, and we strive to provide as many support tools as possible. Our collaboration with Activitis and the eDilo service provides access to a digital financial tool that can help businesses tackle their day-to-day operational challenges,” says Marina Pavliuk, General Manager of Glovo in Ukraine.
